A custom shape and a light that impresses

At the renowned Brasserie Dufour in Lille, Spalek collaborated with installer Christophe Tonnoir to create a premium, fully bespoke ceiling solution. For this project, Spalek manufactured an aluminium ceiling frame from specially curved profiles, creating an elegant suspended ceiling effect.

Before the installation of the Spalek acoustic stretch ceiling in matte white, a fire-retardant acoustic fleece was put in place to ensure particularly effective sound absorption. A profile discreetly integrated at the edge of the frame allowed a powerful LED system to be installed, producing soft, even indirect lighting.

Hugely popular with the residents and visitors of Lille, the Brasserie Dufour now benefits from a space that is both acoustically optimised and aesthetically enhanced, thanks to the Spalek ceiling systems.
